Food Ideas
Last night, and also for lunch today, I had a turkey breast sandwich mixed with olive oil mayo and pickles on low-cal bread. The pickles and hot pepper flakes made it sooo good. This morning I had 2 packets of flavored instant oatmeal- the flavored part got me bc its 4 points per pack. But that's ok, bc at work its hard to use up any points anyhow and I'd rather get those calories in sooner than later from a diet standpoint. Had a fiber/granola bar for snack b4 lunch and going to grab some milk and popcorn.

Day 1
Day 1 may as well be today. Got up groggy and did a 15 minute walk (1/2 mile) on the treadmill. Dyed my hair and hopped in the shower. Must have forgotten how hot I get during exercise bc I am still burning up! So unfortunately, no church for me as I sweat clean through my dress clothes and ate breakfast under a full speed fan in the midst of winter. Between being off work and being lazy today is whipping me so far!
Breakfast:
1 piece sourdough bread
2 oz turkey breast (deli style)
60 cal choc mousse cup
3-4 oz diet cherry 7up
handful of pistachios

Because of Brittny
Ok, I am pretty sure I am going to go onto Weight Watchers online within next few days. Got kinda boring last time but that was months ago now. Moved the treadmill into the bedroom because $&@) cold where it is now. I'm not all about the weight loss so much as feeling like a nonenergetic poop. So maybe I can help ya with some nonprocessed meal ideas from that site. As far as bad days, well...I won't even go there and post those.
